The Verdict is in:

My husband only knows how to make BOYS!!! Yes we are having another sweet little boy. We are more than excited and very blessed. We are for sure prepared for him, I knew it would pay off saving all of Nathans clothes. Nathan did get to go with us and I think we confused him more than anything b/c now he keeps asking to see the baby (a real baby). Baby boy is healthy and growing like a weed. He is measuring 8 days ahead of schedule which should move my due date to 10/26 but the doctor is not changing it we remain at 11/3. We all know I will not even make it to 10/26, but I do need all of you to pray for me now to make it as close to my due date as I can get. Dr Bill said today they will take my stitch out around 35 weeks. My weight seems to just keep increasing by the day, I gained 4 pounds since my last visit and that brings my total to 10 pounds overall.

It is crazy to think that this pregnancy is flying by and I only have 18 weeks before they take my stitch out. I think that is enough time to figure out a boy name considering I had only been thinking girl names. I know I will admit I did have a small moment of disappointment when we found out b/c I will not get to experience a girl. I looked at Doug and said "Do you really only know how to make BOYS". He just laughed. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and enjoy the NO RAIN!!!

two new members to the stell family

So today we were going to get "McQueen" as in lightning mcqueen a new tank. Nathan got Mcqueen for valentines day. While we were there we decided to get him two new friends. So from left to right we have - McQueen, Sketch and Bama. Sketch is of course Dougs fish and Bama is mine. Nathan wants to help feed them, we will see how long that lasts.

Happy Mothers Day!!

I had a wonderful Mother's Day. Nathan and Doug got me some very cute pajamas from Victoria Secret and we have just spent a very relaxing day at home. They took me to lunch at Logans. Saturday I got to spend the day with my wonderful Mom and sister. My sister treated me and my mom to lunch at the Olive Garden, so Thank You Sis. Then we went over to the galleria and Nathan got to ride the carousal.

I have been so blessed to be chosen to be this little boys mom. He has been the greatest joy in my life.

Update – The surgery went well Friday, I had to be there at 5:00 am and my surgery was at 6:45. The one downside was that they gave me too much spinal and I was there until 12:00 waiting for it to come off. When I left my butt was still numb, LITERALLY. I was able to somewhat walk by myself. Nana kept Nathan for us over the weekend so I could recover which was nice. I did not leave the house for 3 days. I go back this Friday as a followup and then we go for our big ultrasound on May 29th at 8:00. SO SUPER EXCITED ABOUT THAT APPT. My gut is screaming girl but we will be happy with either. For the record I am still scared of a girl. I think I am more scared to have a girl than doug is which is so weird to say.

My attempt at getting pictures of Nathan on the beach. I think overall they turned out okay considering all her wanted to do was play/throw the sand.

Okay, here are a few pictures that I took last weekend at the beach in Gulf Shores. Now that I am sitting down to go thru them is when I realize that I did not take that many pictures. I have just a few from the beach and one from when we went to eat at Lulu's. While we were there the weather was just right. This was our one and only trip to the beach this year due to my pregnancy and trying to save my time for maternity leave. It was nice to visit with my dad and we look forward to going next year for longer periods of time.
