I bet you are wondering

How long can a sweater shaver keep a 1 year old occupied, about an hour or two. Which translated into Mommy hours is a very long time. He shaves the couch, carpet, kitchen floor and the walls. He just likes it because it makes noise and dont dare turn it off or you will see a tantrum. Why is it you spend money on toys and they want to play with a sweater shaver or an empty milk jug. He actually throws the milk jug at the cat and thinks it is hillarious.

Chuckie Cheese

Tiffany and I were brave enough to take the boys to Chuckie Cheese. Wow, was not prepared for it either. The top picture I think is my favorite. While we were eating our pizza, Nathan was too worried about what the people next to us were doing. I just love the way he is standing, he looks so grown up. We did have an incident with another child, I was about to put Nathan on the Barney car and a little boy (maybe about 2 years) came out of nowhere and pushed nathan by his face so he could get on before us. I reacted before thinking, I grabbed the little boy by the arm and told him NO. He proceeded to push Nathan again and again I grabbed him and pulled him back. I eventually got Nathan on the car and the whole time he cried because that little boy pushed him and the little boy stood right beside us and cried. That is when you wonder was it all worth it. NO!!!! I kept waiting for a mom to come from somewhere and say something to me, but no telling where she was. As you can see by the bottom picture, Nathan was exhausted.

Hayden 2ND Birthday

We went to Hayden (2nd cousin to Nathan) 2nd Birthday Party and had a great time. We just love Kourtney, Jeremy and Hayden. They had this mini moonwalk for the kids, which was a huge hit. Great idea Kourtney!!!! Anyway, Nathan loved it, he stayed occupied the whole party. That is until Hayden got his big gift, the Tricycle. As soon as Nathan saw it he wanted it. As you can see, he was trying take it away from Hayden and being the sweet child Hayden is, he let Nathan ride on it.

How Many......

How many hot wheels can you get into the ball popper??? Nathan knows how many and he also knows how far his arm will go down into it. The cars in the curve, I did not think were going to come out luckily they did.

Our First Sucker

Okay, he found this in his halloween candy and before I knew it he had the paper off and eating it. I guess it just surprised me that he knew what to do with it. By that I mean, to hold it correctly and eat it correctly. SO, of course I had to take pictures.

Trick or Treat

Halloween night was alot of fun this year because we got to go with my dad, dougs dad, Janet, Peyton, Hunter, Sharon and Eddie this year. Nathan loved going up to the porches and did not want to leave. So at each porch we pitched a fit. Hunter was hard to keep up with because he was pretty much running the whole night and Peyton had the best part of it, she got carried to each house. I will say the only part I did not like was no one would give us the GOOD candy, only the candy Nathan could eat. Isn't the reward for the parents taking the kids out, they get to eat their candy. Anyway, I took alot more pictures than this, too many to post.

Halloween Festival

Like I said before I am way behind in posting pictures. These were taken at a Halloween festival at a church near our house. It was nice because everything was free, including food. We met my friend Tiffany and her little boy Mason up there and they a ball.

Bad blogger

I know I have not posted any pictures in a while. Hopefully, tonight I can post b/c I have a ton of pictures to catch up on. Just an update on Nathan, He is doing to much to list but here are a few things. He tells me NO alot, was not prepared for it to start this soon. He is also trying to repeat what you say, sometimes it sounds clear as day but the other 90% you cant understand a word. But to look at him when he says it, he knows exactly what he is talking about. He loves to TRY and put his socks and shoes on and when he gives up he brings them to me or daddy. We also discovered yesterday while at Mawmaw's he can open doors. He opened the door to the basement stairs, little scary. One more, he pitches tantrums like no other. It is like a routine for him, he will spin in a circle plop down and kick his feet. I just have to walk away and laugh because I know this is just the beginning.

Thank You Mawmaw for keeping him yesterday so me and doug could go riding in the Jeep. Were not quite ready to take Nathan in the woods. I am sure he would love it though.

Happy Anniversary

I know I am a day late but I wanted to say Happy Anniversary to my Honey. Yesterday we have been married 3 years. It has been the best 3 years of my life. There are no words to express how great of a husband he is. I know this is going to sound bad but I have no recent pics to post of us together. Hmmm, I guess I spend so much time taking pictures of our child that I don't take time to get one of us. Anyway, for my gift he bought me a IPOD shuffle which is what I wanted. I LOVE YOU DOUGLAS

Our 'lil man has been sick

We did not have a good start to the week. Sunday he woke up from his nap running a temp of 103.1. So I gave him some motrin and the fever broke. Monday morning we woke up with a temp of 101.9 gave him some motrin and sent him to school (I am such a bad mom). I thought he had a fever from his mumps and measles shot. They told me he would get one 10-14 days after. So, yesterday he woke with a temp of 103.5 and I knew that was something was wrong. I called the DR and they wanted to see him. Thank God we did not have an ear infection, we only had a real bad sinus infection and they gave us some antibiotics to dry it up. Needless to say I stayed home my sick lil boy and loved on him all day. They are so pittiful when sick. He is much better today with no fever.

Post IT fascination

I have no idea where he found these, I did not know we had them. When he came into the kitchen he was covered from head to toe. They entertained him for awhile. How is it that they love the most simplest things.

15 month checkup

Well we went for our 15 month checkup Friday and came out with a great report and 3 shots. Nathan weighs in at 22lbs and is 30 inchs long. The only thing is he still only has two bottom teeth, that is it. WE HAVE ONLY TWO TEETH. Is there something wrong with my child. I can see the top 4 and they are trying to break thru. I guess the good thing is he can eat anything, he gets the job done with those two teeth. I guess he knows no differance.
